Thank you for shopping at our small business flower shop. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds for your purchase. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the arrangement you have received, we offer the option of a replacement arrangement under the following conditions:

  1. Please provide a time-stamped photo of the arrangement within 48 hours of receiving it.

  2. Include a specific statement detailing your concern or the issue with the arrangement.

  3. Return the arrangement to the business owner along with the vase.

Once the above conditions are met and the issue is verified, an arrangement of up to 75% of the original cost will be made available for pickup. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and appreciate your understanding of our policy. Thank you for choosing our flower shop.
